Estimator

Responsibilities and Duties

• The Estimator is responsible for performing takeoff and estimating of electrical projects. Tasks will include, however not be limited to:
• Review project drawings and specifications.
• Create material/takeoff lists.
• Obtain quotes from suppliers.
• Create estimates for project bids.

Qualifications and Skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe PDF.
• Basic knowledge of electrical equipment & material.
• Knowledge of Electrical Bid Manager is helpful but not required.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Able to work Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (We don’t typically work full days on Fridays).

Income

• $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
